The Fleet Personnel Allocation and Readiness section (N1P) is mainly responsible for overseeing personnel distribution and policy efforts within the Fleet. Their manning strategy is based on Navy-wide strategic goals, which aim to maintain a level of readiness that aligns with the nation\'s maritime needs. This strategy ensures that combat units are fully staffed from their maintenance phase through the period after deployment, keeping them ready for training and combat.To achieve this, Fleet staffing priorities and levels must be clearly communicated to ensure personnel readiness meets operational goals. This teamwork ensures that staffing decisions are carefully planned to meet the Fleet’s readiness and operational requirements.
