My practice is focused on the litigation of a broad variety of employment disputes, including discrimination and harassment claims, FMLA claims, wage and hour disputes, and non-competition agreements, as well as providing day-to-day employment law counseling to my clients. I also regularly conduct sexual harassment and discrimination prevention training sessions, and I am an MCAD-certified trainer in these areas. For my higher education clients, I regularly handle student litigation involving disciplinary or academic matters. My clients operate nationally and regionally in many industries, including higher education, retail, high technology, finance, health care and biotechnology. Representative clients include: Harvard University, MIT, Tufts University, College of the Holy Cross, Amherst College, Harvard Management Company, Walgreens, Draper Laboratory, GameStop, Oracle, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Goldfinch Bio, Omnicom Media Group, and BAE Systems.Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy in I served as litigation counsel to the MCAD, where I prosecuted discrimination and harassment cases, represented the MCAD in state and federal courts, and counseled the Commissioners and staff on legal and policy matters.I am an active member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and a frequent presenter and participant at NACUA conferences across the country.
