ABOUT GREGORY KUZMIK
I am a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon specializing in spinal surgery. I obtained my medical degree from Yale University and completed my residency training in neurosurgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital. I completed a fellowship in minimally invasive & complex spine surgery at the University of California San Francisco. I treat a broad range of spinal pathology including degenerative conditions, tumors, trauma, infections, and spinal deformity. My philosophy is to first manage spinal conditions with a broad range of non-surgical treatments and only perform surgery when absolutely necessary. When surgery is required, I aim to perform the least invasive surgery possible. I do this using advanced surgical techniques and technologies including minimally invasive (MIS) approaches, neuronavigation, and robotic spinal surgery.
