Develop dry fuel canister loading schedule, budget, and dose estimates for dry fuel canister loading activities. Maintain vendor contract and dry fuel canister loading procedures. Oversee equipment fabrication and dry fuel canister loading activities. Communicate with site personnel during dry fuel canister loading activities.Ensure compliance with UMAX FSAR as supplemented by the MPC and transfer cask HI-STORM FW FSAR and Certificate of Compliance (CoC) technical specification requirements. Engaged in industry initiatives (e.g, Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Holtec User Group (HUG) to support license renewal of the ISFSI Pad and loaded canisters.Develop and maintain a specification for equipment and services needed for the dry fuel canister loading campaign. Maintain a project risk register and initiate procurement documents for the services and equipment needed for planned dry fuel canister loading campaigns.
