About Gregory Kibler

I am the Director of Data, Research, and Accountability for YCSD. I use my building and central office experience to align data quickly and efficiently so that teachers and administrators can use it to make impactful change in our schools and classrooms. Previously, I was an Assistant Principal in Youngstown City School District. Where I was blessed to work with a great staff and leadership team who puts children first. Previously, I was the Deputy Chief of Data for Youngstown City School District in Youngstown, Ohio. My responsibilities involved a wide range of data collection, monitoring and consultation with the 14 buildings in our district. As a district in academic distress, I worked with district leaders to create a change in the culture, instruction and performance of the district. I believe that ALL of our students can learn and that all of our teachers, principals, coaches and employees are able to contribute to their success. Working with the Superintendent, CEO and Senior Leadership Team has been insightful and educational for me. I am able to learn so much from the experienced leaders we have as well as lead others in our district to success. I live in Poland, OH, with my son, Paxton, and daughter, Rowen.
