ABOUT GREGORY KEW
I’m an Oracle HCM consultant with hands-on experience working across several Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, ORC, and supported on Absence, Benefits, Time & Labour and Payroll issues. In my role, I’ve taken independent responsibility for key tasks such as requirements gathering, functional testing, process mapping and documentation, and supporting clients through managed services.Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong interest in strategic problem-solving and translating business needs into effective HCM solutions. I’ve also contributed through reporting using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and led internal knowledge-sharing sessions to help colleagues improve their reporting capabilities.With a Master’s in International Business and Management, I am dedicated to continuing to expand my expertise in people management, organizational strategy, and HR transformation, while contributing to impactful, forward-thinking initiatives.
