About Gregory Keller

Gregory Keller, AIA, is an Architect at STR | A•D, where he brings a multidisciplinary approach to architecture grounded in design excellence, sustainability, and cultural advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and has pursued continued studies through the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Design for Sustainability, as well as coursework in Renewable Energy Innovation & Sustainability at Reykjavík University.Before joining STR | A•D, Gregory held positions at Practice for Architecture and Urbanism & Robert A.M. Stern Architects, focusing on cultural, civic, and institutional work. His thesis at Cornell, Boundary Event: Reading the Cartographic Line, explored the intersection of architecture, mapping, and borders—a thematic thread that continues to inform his work. His research and design have been featured internationally, including at the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale as part of the U.S. Pavilion.Gregory is committed to sustainability and the broader cultural impact of architecture. He serves on the Community Board Committee of the Build Out Alliance, supporting LGBTQ+ representation in the building industry. He was named to METROPOLIS magazine’s Arch30, recognizing rising leaders shaping the future of architecture. Outside of professional practice, he is an avid film photographer with a growing body of work exploring the relationship between place, memory, and the built environment.
