Responsibilities include- • Build, develop and maintain effective long-term client relationships for domestic, international and global accounts • Provide day-to-day client advice and support on Compensation, Benefits, Job Leveling and Pay Architecture • Data Management: Analysing, collecting and validating market data • Interpret, analyse and identify market data trends using statistical techniques and proprietary data sources • Work as part of the project team to ensure goals and objectives, project plans and deadline are achieved • Conduct and facilitate client meetings and wider group training, in-house and on-site • Manage financial relationships and contractual agreements with new and existing clients
