ABOUT GREGORY JACKSON
Greg Jackson is an Oakland native and alumni of Golden Gate University School of Law. He believes that the most effective way to affect the future is through collaborating to support our youth in a sustainable, equitabale, and healing way. In addition to being on the Advisory Board for the Sustainable Economies Law Center in law school, Greg also served on the National Lawyer’s Guild Board and on the board at his school’s National Black Law Students Association. In his free time, Greg makes music and produces radio shows on KPFA and KPFB.Greg is dedicated to educating, training, and empowering youth communities of color to create cooperative enterprises. He believes that the community ownership and equitable profit distribution inherent in cooperatives will catalyze sustainable reclamation of social justice.
