Mr. Ehardt has teamed up with Clearwater Compliance, a nationally recognized HIPAA Privacy and Security Firm, to present HIPAA BootCamp training throughout the United States where the reviews are outstanding! Mr. Ehardt is also grateful to have been named to their HIPAA HITECH Blue Ribbon Panel on the Clearwater team. When he is not travelling with Clearwater Compliance, you will likely find him consulting with many businesses, both large and small, on HIPAA compliance. Part of what Mr. Ehardt offers is up-to-date and \"entertaining\" training as well as hands-on compliance with every facet of HIPAA Privacy and Security rules, along with policies and procedures and all other necessary and appropriate documentation to become or remain compliant. In addition to traveling and training on HIPAA, Mr. Ehardt spends time motivating CEOs, Directors, Managers, and all members of the workforce to reach greater heights within the workforce. Mr. Ehardt presents on a variety of leadership topics to both guide and assist leaders and aspiring leaders of businesses in leadership development programs (LDP). These presentations are both energizing and empowering and very entertaining. Mr. Ehardt is grateful to be employed by Idaho State University as their HIPAA Compliance Officer where he spends time working closely with the HIPAA covered entities and business associates to implement appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards and establish cultures of compliance within the organizations. Mr. Ehardt teaches both undergraduate and graduate level Health Care Law and Ethics and Dental Hygiene Law and Ethics courses at ISU.
