I regularly counsel startups and established companies on entity formation and governance, equity issuances, venture and private financings, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.A significant portion of my practice involves representing buyers, sellers, founders, and management teams in mergers, acquisitions, and other change-of-control transactions.
