I have over 40 years of experience in the Automotive industry, with 30 years of management experience. Although it took me far too long to become President and Dealer Principal, it shows what perseverance will do. I have always put employee satisfaction first. I believe that you can not achieve customer satisfaction without satisfied employees. My dealership has won the Honda Award of Excellence 5 years in a row (20••••22) and three of those years we were the top performer in the prairies. I have held positions as President of the Lethbridge Auto Dealers Association, Board member of the Motor Dealers of Alberta. I am currently a member of Honda\'s Dealer Advisory Team (National Council), and I served as President of the Alberta Honda Ad Association for 9 years. These are all volunteer positions. I believe that you need to give back to the community.
