   Gather and analyze operational workflows, technical requirements, and functional specifications for various business applications. • Demonstrate business and application expertise during workflow design, validation sessions, integrated work sessions, and on-going system optimizations. • Work with users, other IS analysts and system vendors to design, develop, test, and implement business applications and data integration solutions. • Perform application and integration testing using structured test scripts; document results and follow up on identified issues. • Test software prior to implementation, as well as that of others on the Business Applications Team, against project requirements. • Conduct unit testing on data integration components. • Troubleshoot system issues when necessary, solving moderate to complex application and integration issues. Follow up in a timely manner with appropriate customers and IS personnel. • Ensure change control and change management procedures are properly followed. • Routinely review system integration error queues. Work with customer and IS personnel for resolution of errors. • Create documentation and knowledge articles for assigned development projects; review that of others on the Business Applications Team. • Actively communicate with team members and IS Management regarding ongoing project statuses. • Escalate issues to IS Management when appropriate. • Effectively communicate with customers. • Maintain knowledge of current technology in use at Shepherd Center and its ability to achieve business objectives. • Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications. • Member of the Tier 2 On Call rotation as necessary for afterhours system interface support. • Perform other related duties as required.
