About Gregory Fernandes

I am an experienced consultant with background working in the pharmaceutical/biotech, tech, industrial manufacturing, and retail industries. My consulting practice is grounded in my training as an industrial-organizational psychologist, my experience working with executives in a variety of fields and disciplines, and my personal passion for helping leaders achieve their missions. I focus primarily in leadership development consulting, with a particular emphasis on executive assessment (for selection and development), executive coaching, development of scaled leadership/talent programs, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging consulting (DEIB). I believe in the power of psychological safety - creating and holding the space to allow my clients to process deeply the issues, concerns, fears, and motivators that influence their behavior in order to spark true change. My clients have the space to stretch their thinking and challenge themselves to move beyond their comfort zones.My personal passion is in helping individual leaders to challenge the narratives they tell themselves to unlock their potential. This passion comes through in the energy and fun I bring to what I do and the track record of high-quality results and impact that I\'ve created.
