Since founding GES in 1992, Mr. DeSart has lead geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, environmental engineering, and drilling services throughout Nevada, California, Arizona and Utah. His clients have ranged from local, state and federal government agencies, to private developers and contractors, to global civil and environmental engineering consulting firms.His experience includes:* Geotechnical design of foundations, pavements, underground pipelines, water and waste water processing facilities, drainage channels, erosion and grade control structures, retaining structures and dams.* Drilling programs for multiple geotechnical & environmental exploration projects throughout the southwestern US.* Materials testing, inspection, and construction management services.* Environmental consulting related to soil and groundwater sampling and remediation plans, site characterization, Phase I & II site assessments, design and installation of groundwater monitoring wells, and UST management.*Forensic studiesMr. DeSart provides the organizational leadership that promotes high quality standards with respect to strategic planning, team building, technical performance, project schedules, and financial performance.
