About Gregory D. Vacca

From varied life experiences, I have developed the ability to work with diverse personalities within the framework of three key values: effectiveness (working to achieve results), respect (taking a second look at ideas and perspectives of others) and honesty (creating an environment where individual truth can be expressed). My skill set has allowed me to work in various capacities across three industries: non- profit/healthcare, financial services and technology. As a minister and chaplain, I learned how to listen to the important parts of people’s life and to motivate people to take positive action. As a salesperson, I learned how to clarify people’s goals and dreams and then create a value proposition focused on providing information and product to solve potential problems and needs. As a senior manager and CEO, I learned how to focus diverse perspectives into mission driven consensus achieving top results. As a person, I learned how to forgive and forget and to move forward with expectation of good things to come. Although I found the discipline to work by myself, I much prefer working with people in synergistic settings. I welcome opportunities to consult with companies or institutions that are looking to build product, distribution, marketing or incentive compensation models. I welcome opportunities to work with individuals or charities to plan and secure financial products. I welcome, too, calls from old friends to know they are doing well or listen to a burden if needed. Looking forward to connecting with you….
