Led the implementation of the Behind the Smiles on-boarding program at site level accounting for the on-boarding of more than 800 associates and reducing site 0-14 day attrition level from 6.5% to 3.5% • Led SDC (Storage Distribution Center) content summit in Tempe, AZ as Inbound PPO team lead to revise, update, and streamline Umbrella training for new hires. SDC+ COLT forecasts an estimated on-boarding cost reduction of $3.1M annually through reduction in training hours spent via training content reduction, based on expected new hires in Q3 and Q4 2023 • Chaired change implementation group to standardize manager on-boarding at Amazon Kariba sites, reducing site orientation variations to zero. • Designed and organized the training for network sort implementation to the Storage Distribution Center network, resulting in significant cost reduction for downstream partners. • Led network training for Collision Avoidance Technology (CAT) installed on order pickers. • Introduced and led site-level efforts to achieve Platinum level status for the city of Dallas Green Business certificate, making FTW8 one of only two buildings in the metroplex to achieve the highest status.
