Training our staff to become better people and members of our community, rather than better workers.In my 20 years working with many areas of the ski/snowboarding hospitality and retail industry I have learned that you never have to sell things. You have to understand your customer by listening honestly and you will hear what they need. Provide the solution no mater if it yours or someone else’s. Be fluid and dynamic. Plan your work, but work that plan!
