I have handled numerous cases through jury trials, appeals, and also in ITC proceedings and matters before the PTAB, TTAB, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as federal and state courts across the country and state courts in Ohio. In addition to my trial work, I oversee attorneys across the firm’s IP practice, with particular focus in the chemical and materials science sectors.
