ABOUT GREGOR MCHARDY

Inspiring, authentic, transformational business leader with 30+ years’ experience building high-performing teams of >800 people and delivering sustainable growth for Accenture, a global Professional Services company. With over three decades of experience at Accenture, a global Professional Services company, I\'ve operated at Board level and developed particular expertise in Digital Transformation, People Leadership and Scaling Businesses.Senior roles within Accenture have included Managing Director since 2004, Client Account Lead for some of Accenture’s largest clients, AWS Cloud Business Group Lead for UK & Ireland, Consulting Practice Lead for Communication, Media and Technology Industry Group in UK and Ireland and Post-merger Integration Lead for an acquired business. I have held leadership positions running large teams and multi-million-pound consulting and technology portfolios, fostering and maintaining trusted Board relationships with clients, and delivering complex business and IT programmes, often focused on IT modernisation, data and improving customer experience. Specific industry experience includes Telecommunications and Utilities. I believe that leadership succeeds when you create environments where people are engaged, motivated and innovation thrives, enabling organisations to not only exceed expectations, but also achieve sustainable and meaningful progress.I am currently working part-time on the Board of Senior Advisors for a social enterprise consultancy. I am interested in Non-Exec positions, where I can use my 30+ years of experience to make a difference.
