I am responsible for the passive safety performance of main components that affect the safety of the occupant, for all present and future Ferrari applications. In particular I support the component project engineers to reach the passive safety targets, of the following components: airbags, seatbelts, seats, steering wheels, but also displays, HV systems, etc.Additionally, I work on innovative projects, ensuring the feasibility and the compliance to all passive safety regulations.

I’m 34 years old and I currently work as passive safety engineer for McLaren, in the United Kingdom. Previously I worked almost five years for Ferrari in a similar role. In both the companies I’ve proven to be able to work under pressure and to be extremely reactive and good willing. Important skills in small volume manufacturers, where tight deadlines require the ability to prioritize and to react quickly.
