   I lead a dynamic team of 20 highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineers specializing in Gas Turbine Engines, providing innovative Mechanical Design Solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across various engine components, including Fans, Compressors, Combustors, Turbines, Gearboxes, and Mechanical Systems.As the Focal Mechanical Design Manager for the Next Generation Turbofan Development, I oversee a dedicated team of 60 designers across 16 modules and coordinate design resources from 8 Design Managers.
