They\'re \"nobody built the system yet\" problems.That\'s been my job for 15 years-I\'ve worked across startups, scale-ups, civic institutions, and professional communities — as consultant, operations lead, chief of staff, and events director. Seventeen roles, most without a playbook.The through-line has always been the same: figure out what\'s actually broken, build something that works, and make sure it runs without me-At visseiro, I helped grow a company from 7 to 26 people, secured €1.12M in funding, and cut operating costs by 53%. At Meta Mate, I reduced complaint volumes by 85% and enabled expansion into five markets under pandemic circumstances.
