Field-based role providing national coverage to support manufactuer and dealer aftersales business and enrol new sites into brands aftersales marketing programmes using Catalyst for Aftersales (CFA). Provide direct support to OEM’s field teams, to assist participating dealers to apply the CFA programme for optimum business benefit – increasing customer retention, increasing incremental parts and labour sales and generating profit.Support area/regional meetings and one to one dealer meetings and presentations, embracing programme Administrators, Aftersales Managers, Dealer Principals and Brand Directors and present to senior management within OEM’s and Dealer Groups.Also actively support and recruit new dealers and groups onto the CFA platform and other new products being developed by TekCor4.
