As Chapter Lead IT Operations, I am responsible for the global IT operations of ALDI SOUTH Warehouse Management System (84 Distribution Centers globally), ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing services across international locations. I lead a team of +25 IT professionals and operate according to ITIL-based service management principles.My role includes end-to-end responsibility for IT operations, including incident, problem, change, and service management, as well as acting as the primary escalation point for critical operational issues. I manage and govern external ADM vendors, ensuring service quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.In addition to operational leadership, I am responsible for overseeing Project Managers delivering large-scale, non-agile IT projects. This includes project governance, planning, budget control, and alignment with global IT and business stakeholders.I focus on operational excellence, continuous service improvement, and strong collaboration between IT operations, vendors, and our Business.
