ABOUT GREG MINANO

An engaging, approachable leader that believes hiring, developing, engaging and retaining high-performing people is paramount to designing and delivering an organization’s business strategy. Over the last 25 years, has successfully transitioned from counseling the business to leading it, driven by a natural curiosity to learn more about complex industries, business challenges and opportunities, and the environment in which they exist. Acknowledged as having earned a deserved reputation as a thoughtful, valuable partner to the business and natural leader that challenges people to bring their authentic selves to their work. Currently responsible for all aspects of Interface’s global HR strategy, operations, and systems, with a particular focus on talent development and training, company culture and values, workplace strategy, communications, and global change management. Earned a JD from Emory Law School and is a proud alum of the University of Michigan with a BA in Political Science. In his spare time, often found boating on the lake with the family, struggling with the dreaded “two-way miss” on the golf course, walking the dog, and tracking my teenagers on Life360.
