The primary goal of the Data Management Team is ensuring that every step is taken to optimize our data. The digital strategy of the firm is creating the most seamless operating environments for ourselves, our candidates, and our clients. The team works closely with Consultants & OGiQ, Options Group’s intelligence department, to ensure best data practices are met across global employees. My responsibilities include leading a team of Data Specialist to support & handle Options Group’s Global Trainings (consultant best practice/new OG Technology) & Database Management, along with Development of Technology Tools/Support Solutions by being hands on throughout the development process, creating the UI/UX functionality and training the relevant users.I originally joined Options Group as an Intern Analyst, where my main responsibility was data entry of Candidates, Companies, Candidate Profiles and other key points of information pertinent to the firm’s practices. In the couple months that followed, I became an Associate and senior OGiQ team member based in the New York office. I began my career with Options Group in 2013 and worked closely with the Hedge Fund, Quant and Prop Trading search teams. As a lead in OGiQ, I was responsible for the creation of bespoke market sentiment reports, organizational structures, and compensation analytics in the quant, electronic trading, and equities spaces. I also managed end-product releases of all mapping based reports underscoring current and predictive human capital movement and organizational structures in the financial services world.
