FCII qualified Chartered Insurer (UK), Cyber Claims Director following relocation in April 2019 from Glasgow, Scotland to Jersey City, NJ, USA on Chubb’s Global Development Program.Prior to this 11 years of Accident and Health Quality Assurance and Claims experience.Colleagues know me as highly analytical with a great eye for detail and able to motivate through the provision of meaningful, constructive feedback and challenging but achievable goal-setting.Fluent in Spanish following an Erasmus year at the University of Zaragoza, and led several Chubb and TPA audits including some entirely in Spanish, in locations including Madrid, Paris, Stockholm, London and Dublin.Never satisfied to remain in a comfort zone, I am driven by challenge and working with others to exceed expectations - my ultimate career goal is to act as a mentor for colleagues newer to the industry and motivate them by demonstrating the rewards of hard work, perseverance and commitment.I am always open to hearing from others and taking on new challenges so feel free to drop me a message or connect.
