I am passionate about assembling high-performing teams with the right mix of skills and processes to deliver products that are both high quality and high user satisfaction. I am also deeply driven to foster a culture of operational excellence as a services business. Exceptional delivery combined with a solid business foundation are the ingredients for a healthy and sustainable business that delights our customers.Some of my proudest achievements in my time at Slalom so far include- Leading Slalom\'s expansion into Latin America and extending our amazing technology team into Mexico and Colombia- Founding Slalom Build, the Build-as-a-Service firm that blends design, product engineering, analytics, and automation, we build the modern technology products of tomorrow- Building a vibrant software engineering culture that continues to be the best place to work and a destination for software engineers and architects from recent grads to seasoned veterans to grow their careers- Managing the launch and continued growth of Slalom Build’s Seattle, Houston, Vancouver, Denver, Dallas, Portland, and Silicon Valley locations- Starting Slalom\'s mobile practice in 2008 leading to the sales and development of a significant number of enterprise and consumer-facing apps for clients- Setting the foundation for our technology practices in the Bay Area when the market launched in 2007.
