I work on dental insurance application features including broker tooling, claims management and enrollment processing. I get involved with a number of internal working groups. For example I help build the processes for hiring engineering and with evaluating candidates. Beam Dental was founded in 2012 by three engineers who saw the opportunity to make dental services more accessible using technology.
