Enthusiastic and personable legal professional with extensive in-house and operational experience. Proven ability to deliver meaningful results for business partners, lead high-performing teams, and implement scalable tools, technology, and processes that drive measurable impact.During my career I’ve gained a first-hand view into what makes a Legal team truly great-not just in terms of camaraderie, morale, and performance, but in terms of what a really high-functioning legal department can do to make a clear and decisively positive impact for the entire business, of which it is a part. I’ve had the amazing opportunity to closely partner with cross-functional business leads, along with an internal global legal team, to build and scale a best-in-class commercial contracts optimization process. The premise and thrust of this process is to have the right resources working on the right matters to drive efficiencies. I’ve also delved into legal operations, leading projects for the selection and implementation of legal tools, including a very sophisticated and automated Contract Lifecycle Management tool with integrated next-level AI technology, and personally constructing a robust knowledge management database to capture valuable team learnings that can be easily indexed and retrieved. I enjoy connecting with people and building genuine professional relationships that are based on mutual trust and respect.
