I’m a Technical Lead with 9+ years of experience building real-time systems, internal infrastructure, and complex user-facing products. At Front, I lead development of our Live Chat, Chatbot, and AI Agent platforms - products used by our customers to support their own users through both automation and live human interaction.I’ve led the design and implementation of scalable backend systems, flow-based automation architectures, open-source SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines. I care deeply about the end-to-end product experience - from backend reliability and real-time performance to intuitive UI design.Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration have been constant threads throughout my career. I take pride in helping engineers grow, aligning technical work with user needs, and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.I value working on products that matter, with teams that communicate well and care about what they’re building.    At Front, I lead the development of our Live Chat, Chatbot, and AI Agent products. I helped architect the flow-based automation system that powers not only our bots but also macros, rules, app requests, and the Customer Portal. I’ve worked across real-time messaging infrastructure, backend APIs, and complex UI surfaces, while mentoring engineers and coordinating efforts across multiple teams. I also developed open-source SDKs and supporting documentation to help external developers integrate Live Chat into their own apps. Improving developer experience has been a consistent theme—I built internal tooling, streamlined CI/CD pipelines, and helped define performance baselines to ensure real-time delivery stays fast and reliable.
