ABOUT GRÉGOIRE LEMIESLE
Close to 20 years of experience in the legal industry, both in private practice (focus on infrastructure projects, and PF) and now over 6 years of broad scope in-house experience in the B2B industrial world. Qualified in France, I graduated from the oldest and most prestigious double degree in English and French law (King’s College London - Paris Sorbonne). My career is split equally between W. Europe and Asia, including 5 years in China and now over 4 years in Singapore. I lead a diverse team handling legal work across a wide region from India and China to ANZ. Our scope encompasses M&A, corporate and corporate finance, construction and mining project work, commercial contracts, IP, dispute resolution, ethics and compliance as well as support with labor law and product stewardship. I am passionate about nurturing collaboration, within my team and across functions; developing individual talents; and looking for better ways of working through continuous improvement opportunities.
