I am a seasoned Program and Project Manager based out of Austin Texas. With over 19 years of experience in the field of technology, I am comfortable working and communicating with diverse groups of individuals. For the last 5 years I have worked for Cisco as a Customer Experience Project Manager. My clients have ranged from medium size businesses in the US-Commercial & Canadian sectors to Global Enterprises (GES) and even Public Sector customers as well. I can quickly build a rapport with my customers that is based on trust. I learn and understand the needs of the client and help them build and execute on a plan for success while always keeping their budgets in mind.​With 14 years at AMD, I worked in several different positions. As a Program Manager I demonstrated exemplary leadership while managing a portfolio of up to $5 million. I served as both a Systems Engineer and Test Engineer providing Windows Systems support. I also served as a Lab Engineer and Systems Engineer providing support to the Solutions Enablement Engineering Group.​My areas of expertise are: Program Management Analysis, Process Development, Lab Management, System Administration, Team Leadership and System Engineering.
