   Provide training and development, virtual and in-person facilitation, strategic communication, multimedia support, and technical advisement for the federal government through GDIT’s Communication/Digital-Workspace Solutions Group. Collaborate with solutions architects, systems engineers, unified communications specialists, project managers, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to design, implement, and evaluate training initiatives for multiple federal desktop services and solutions.Develop new training products and materials to address emerging desktop technologies, including unified communications, multi-factor authentication, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and best practices for enterprise hardware and software purchasing. Collaborate with both GDIT program management divisions and cross-functional teams to gather input for ideation of training resource development and specialized microlearning solutions. Partner with subject matter experts to deploy training resources with multiple human-centered design principles and processes. Analyze, identify, and audit areas for customer training improvement, while aligning training objectives to achieve optimal project milestones.Lead training sessions and workshops to educate both the federal workforce and internal GDIT employees. Deliver instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies through presentations, courses, handouts, videos, training articles and announcements, and interactive online resources.Manage training logistics, including scheduling for educational conferences and training seminars, configuring conference room peripherals and virtual training platforms. Ensuring that all training materials and equipment are prepared, accurately curated, and accessible for instructor-led training both in class and virtual, and through video on-demand.
