BBC Spirits was founded in 2010 after a happy encounter between Bogdan and Bertrand. BBC stands for Bogdan & Bertrand Company. The company initially started by exporting wine and over the years gradually specialised in the import and distribution of spirits, specialising on Japanese spirits. BBC fosters an innovative and visionary spirit. Our aim is to discover new brands and support them in their growth. We also develop our own brands, closely monitoring market trends to create authentic craft gems. Our creativity and know-how have won us awards on several occasions in different competitions. Excellence is central to our strategy. We are particularly attentive to our customers and producers in order to maintain relationships built on trust. To this end, we regularly go to meet them to ensure their expectations are met in the best way possible. ABOUT GREG KIMBER
As the Head of UK and IRE at BBC Spirits, I lead the sales, marketing, and distribution of a diverse portfolio of premium spirits, including our own award-winning brands and Japanese specialties. I have over 19 years of sales management experience across different sectors, with a focus on the hospitality and beverage industry. I am passionate about discovering new brands and supporting them in their growth, as well as developing our own brands, such as The Ikigai Collection, which I launched throughout the UK and Ireland with the help of our distribution partners. I have a proven track record of delivering results, managing a budget of £2.4m, and securing national accounts with major retailers and on-trade venues. I also hold the WSET Level 2 Spirits qualification and have a good industry knowledge across the EU and Australia. My mission is to foster an innovative and visionary spirit in the premium spirits market and create value for our customers and producers.
