ABOUT GREG HOEKSTRA
Hi, I\'m Greg. I have 20 years of experience in journalism and communications, including ghostwriting for some of Canada\'s top business leaders. I currently work on the CEO Communications team at TELUS. Previously, I managed high-performing communications teams at TransLink and the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. I began my career in 2006 as a community newspaper reporter, after graduating from Carleton University\'s School of Journalism. Over the years, my work has appeared in The Globe and Mail, Vancouver Sun, Toronto Sun, and dozens of other publications across Canada. I am proud to have earned numerous awards for my writing and photography from the Ontario Community Newspaper Association and the Canadian Community Newspaper Association. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two young daughters, whether we are exploring the enchanted forest at Pacific Spirit Regional Park, riding our bikes on Vancouver\'s picturesque seawall, or ordering pizza for a night of movies and board games at home!
