As a Certified Executive Coach, I partner with senior leaders to amplify their organizational impact and master the art of executive engagement. My practice specializes in transforming technical expertise into influence through strategic storytelling and high-stakes presentation coaching. Beyond individual advisory, I design and facilitate enterprise-wide leadership development programs and high-performance team coaching, all centered on helping leaders drive performance and articulate a distinctive professional brand that accelerates their most ambitious goals.Most of my professional career was in the wireless industry. In my most recent corporate role, I was Head of Marketing and Sales Operations for Verizon Wireless in the Western US. In this capacity I leveraged business analytics to assess local market performance to drive marketing and sales initiatives. The result was company leading sales and market share performance. My leadership approach is as a \"servant leader\" with an emphasis on developing talent and helping individuals achieve their goals. This enabled me to establish a high performing team with a strong commitment from each team member. The three professional attributes I embrace are Passion, Innovation and Execution (PIE). Passion and Innovation ensure we are continually challenging ourselves to improve while Execution ensures that things are done effectively. I am a husband and father of three amazing kids.
