I am known for reliability, practicality, and a very candid attitude. I have worked on hundreds of projects, almost thousands. We always plan as best we can but, in the end, I have had to troubleshoot some weird hiccups. I believe everyone has a superpower and a calling. Seeing a team hum along on a project happily because everyone feels fulfilled, is enabled, and can deliver their best work, is what we strive for.
