   Responsible for the management and distribution of a production schedule based on constrained capacity plans, production schedules and finite schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.• Plan the following products for Sara Lee Frozen Bakery under the Sara Lee and Chef Pierre collection of brands: Cobbler, Muffins, Pound Cake, Sheet Cake, Butter Cream Layer Cake and Cheesecake.• Use a combination of NetSuite and Atlas enterprise resource planning (ERP) to plan outside the 13 week frozen period of the production schedule.• Pass a weekly PSI report to the plant with requests / suggestions inside the frozen period as well as outside frozen period as well as firm up production plans in the next four (4) weeks with visibility out on a rolling 52 week schedule.• Lead monthly S & OP meeting between the bakery and supply & demand planning / finance teams in corporate office to discuss / action forecast, monthly demand and supply plans being passed to the plant.• Hold daily tier meeting with the bakery team to go over issues or concerns with what is taking place inside the bakery and any mitigation taking place for corrective action.• Lead weekly call with bakery team to go over root cause analysis of production attainment misses and evaluate the issue that creates for service and decide / recommend what actions should be taken. Also discuss any schedule changes, plant / maintenance shutdowns and make sure schedules are in alignment.• Use Power BI reports for daily cuts and projected cuts report. Act on the projected cuts with the bakery and logistics team by requesting production changes or transfers that are already written be marked hot / urgent. Contact the customer service team to assist in getting potential customer sales orders covered and filled.
