In 2005 Greg and business partner Phil Pinkney acquire a long-established Lettings Agency in Andover, Hampshire. The multi-award-winning estate agent, Belvoir Andover is now the leading \'Property Specialist\' providing modern, efficient and effective property marketing solutions for private homeowners, residential and commercial landlords in and around the Andover areas of Hampshire and Wiltshire.In 2013, as part of an aggressive acquisition strategy, purchased two local estate agents. With this, they were able to extend their award-winning service to property Sales as well as Commercial Property Sales and leasing. In 2018, local Andover lettings specialist Crown Residential Lettings was acquired and added to the Andover business portfolio.In 2021, two established estate and lettings agents in the Camberley and Aldershot area were acquired and added to his portfolio or property businesses. The businesses now are able to offer a variety of property services that extend to buy to let advice, landlord insurance products, wealth management, and mortgages. As a landlord himself, Greg is able to draw on a wealth of personal experience on what to buy, what not to buy, and advice on ideal high-yielding property acquisitions. Greg heads up the Commercial/Retail Property Sales & Lettings department as well as negotiates projects suitable for developers that inc. instructed on the disposal of assets from to in excess of £3.7m. Greg is also responsible for integrating and rolling out IT & telecommunications across the offices, website design, social media integration, online brand awareness, property portal management, negotiating with suppliers, client account reconciliation, and providing support for his team.
