As Project Lead I function as both the Project Manager and the Designer Lead. I\'m responsible for overseeing a team that is currently working with Epic Games on Fortnite. I lead the team\'s direction, provide staff mentorship, manage hiring, and set goals for the team and project. I also design upcoming live service content and features, drive UI/UX and systems improvements through pitches and technical mockups. I implement designs into UE5, playtest and iterate based on UR and data, serve as a POC for marketing/publishing teams, and support live content that reaches millions of users.
