ABOUT GREGG LINDQUIST

As Senior Appraiser with the Brekan Nava Allen Group and BBG, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona, I have had 20+ years of experience in appraising golf properties/resorts around the country and more than 25 years of managing and operating high-profile golf facilities - private, daily fee and resort. The Brekan Nava Allen Group is a member of the nationally recognized Society of Golf Appraisers (SGA), I have completed over 300 golf course valuations and feasibility studies covering the states of Arizona, Texas, California, Washington, North Carolina, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Michigan, Illinois, New Mexico, Wisconsin, South Dakota and Nebraska. I have been a member of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Professional Golf Management Program Advisory Board since 2009. As a General Manager and Director of Golf, my expertise was in budget development, golf operations staff training, team building and employee relations, and tournament management. Various golf clubs and resorts included the Broadmoor Golf Club (Colorado Springs), Desert Willow Golf Resort (Palm Desert), Cherry Hills Country Club (Denver), Stonecreek Golf Club (Phoenix), Camelback Country Club (Phoenix), Marriott’s Lincolnshire Golf Resort (Chicago), and Tucson Country Club. I have also been the host golf professional for numerous major tournaments including the USGA Women’s Open Championship, the USGA Senior Amateur Championship, the World Senior Championship, the Frank Sinatra Celebrity Pro-Am, the NCAA Prestige at Palm Desert and numerous others. I was voted a section PGA Golf Professional of the Year, General Manager of the Year with KemperSports Management, and have served as a PGA Section Board member and officer.
