I am president of the Dix & Eaton Operating Group, one of two operating groups under the Dix & Eaton enterprise. Dix & Eaton is a strategic corporate and marketing communications firm that consists of two operating groups: Dix & Eaton, based in Cleveland, and Standing Partnership, based in St. Louis. The firm offers a wide variety of corporate communications, sustainability communications, investor relations, marketing/sales enablement and public relations services to clients across the U.S. The firm serves a number of vertical markets, with distinctive expertise in manufacturing, technology, aviation, specialty chemicals, agribusiness, health care, professional services and more. Founded in 1952, Dix & Eaton is 100% employee-owned and one of the largest wholly employee-owned communications firms in the U.S. I previously served as the firm’s Chief Client Officer and as Senior Managing Director leading the firm’s Sustainability Communications/Investor Relations practice.Our sustainability and IR practice provides strategic counsel to clients, efficiently delivers sustainability and ESG reporting services across a wide range of formats and deliverables, provides thought leadership on reporting best practices, and develops partnerships to extend our reach and capabilities. Our Sustainability Communications practice consists of a creative, experienced team of strategists, project leaders, writers, editors and graphic design specialists.I am a Board member of the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio.
