At Microsoft, I led fraud and risk strategy efforts for SMB/EDU sales, working across teams to strengthen fraud prevention, optimize risk management tools, and refine security policies that safeguard operations.My role is all about problem-solving: How can we detect fraud faster? How do we streamline risk assessments? How do we build smarter solutions that make fraud prevention more efficient? I tackle these challenges by designing custom tools—like a PowerApp that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve fraud case management and a Power BI KPI reporting tool that delivers real-time fraud detection insights. These solutions don’t just help the business; they empower teams with data-driven decisions that make a measurable impact.Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to refine fraud detection strategies, improve processing times, and drive cost-effective security solutions. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: protect Microsoft’s ecosystem, reduce risk, and ensure businesses operate with confidence.
