I was promoted to lead sales, strategic sales vision, and project management, while serving as key point-of-contact with Commercial Vehicle On-Road and Off-Road OEM customers who represent greater than $200M in annual revenue. I lead an international team of 19 with a combined seven figure budget as well as multi-million-dollar project budgets. Reporting to the Executive Vice President in the Europe, I oversee customer satisfaction and cross-divisional alignment. I also lead sales for multiple product groups, reporting to a Regional President in the U.S.When my old boss left the company in 2020, I was assigned his responsibilities; so, I\'m concurrently responsible for the Regional Commercial Vehicle and Off-Road Business Unit (7/2020-Present). In this capacity, I oversee the strategy, policies, and procedures for the entire unit, and report to senior leadership in Germany. Negotiation & Awards: Transformed a tough negotiation into a win-win, securing a double digit million dollar, four-year extension. The customer awarded Bosch a prestigious supplier award for the first time.Won multi-million dollar business from a competitor by differentiating unique selling points and technical advantages.Pioneered new markets by winning a place in emerging advanced technology and electrical vehicle sectors. Examples:1. Won Bosch’s first cross-divisional connectivity project for Commercial Vehicles, worth a lifetime value in the double-digit millions.2. Won the first electrification electronic control unit development deal for North American Commercial Vehicle. This strategic win paved the way for a multi-million dollar program extension and positioned Bosch to develop other key components for the customer.3. Built new partnerships with customers by demonstrating the company’s competency in emerging technology such as advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous vehicles.
