Body Mechanics is an outpatient physical therapy clinic with 2 locations: Downtown Milwaukee at 807 North Jefferson, and in Pewaukee at 1177 Quail Cte, Suite 200.I work fulltime at the Pewaukee Body Mechaincs location specializing in the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of orthopaedic related injuries, sport related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. There are several key aspects to our practice which set us apart from other clinics. First, we specialize in manual therapy techniques; that is, we use are hands and our heads to evaluate and treat you. Manual therapy techniques include tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and movement re-education. Second, our appointment times are typically 30-60 minutes in length. During that time, I will work with you 1-on-1.I have a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Marquette University. My Undergraduate Degree is from UW-Milwaukee in Exercise Physiology. I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities, and I am a Certified Functional Manual Therapist by the Institute of Physical Art. Most recently, I completed my certification in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy through Myopain Seminars.I have a specialty interest in cycling and bicycle racing, and have served as an a Certified Expert level coach with the United States Cycling Federation. I enjoy working with cyclists and triathletes, both recreational and competitive level, to keep them healthy and on the road.

I have a Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Marquette University. My Undergraduate Degree is from UW-Milwaukee in Exercise Physiology. I have been specializing in outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy since 1996. I have continued my education through our professions Board Certification process, as well specialty certification in advanced manual therapy training through a continuing education program offered by the Institute of Physical Art.
