I\'m a software engineer with over 20 years of experience, and a passion for fixing processes that are unfair and inefficient. Like many traditional processes in talent management. At interviews I wanted there to be a way for my past experiences to speak for themselves. Instead, I would always have to re-prove skills over an over again from scratch using evaluation methods that didn\'t really predict job fit, and that often left huge populations of very qualified candidates out of the process. I wanted people who have witnessed applied skills first hand to be able to support each other to make opportunities equally accessible to all workers. And that’s what the Merify platform does!
