He quickly rose up the corporate ladder at SOHIO, Standard Oil and BP, ultimately reaching the role of Regional Sales Director with P&L responsibilities.His business background is in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Crisis Management and Human Resources. Over the years, Gregg worked in over fifteen different positions all over the world and worked for countless bosses of all styles.Clearly Gregg\'s most fulfilling moments were those involved with coaching and counselling so many, at all levels, to help them grow professionally and personally.Not surprisingly, Gregg has chosen an \"encore career\" as a transition and leadership coach.
