    MAD stands for Mobile App Development and MAD-learn is a program that is teaching students how to build and launch their own mobile apps! MAD-learn enables students to quickly see their finished product and use technology creation as a means of serving the community, solving problems, displaying learning, building entrepreneurship and sharing ideas with the world. Founded by an educator turned entrepreneur (an edupreneur) and led by an amazing team of veteran educators, product innovators, and out-of-the-box thinkers, MAD-learn is now being used by over students in 35 states across the United States and 6 countries globally. As a member of the MAD-learn customer success team, I am responsible for regular communications with schools implementing the program, teacher training, and curriculum development. I also assist the sales team by conducting online demonstrations of the MAD-learn program and making presentations at various state, national, and international educational conferences.Responsibilities and related activities:• develop and refine curriculum, called MAD-learn, to teach students how to develop mobile apps• conduct teacher professional development sessions related to implementation of MAD-learn program, both online to individuals and on site to groups of up to 25• create and conduct presentations at educational conferences related to the MAD-learn program• represent Crescerance at educational conferences to provide information about products and programs• support marketing team by writing monthly newsletter and contributing items to social media outlets such as Twitter, Linkedin, and Facebook• conduct research and present findings for a variety of special projects related to standards alignment, vendor registrations and teacher certification programs• research and conduct application processes for small business expansion grants• maintain and update teacher resources web site, update structure, etc.
